What "unlimited" means
Bandwidth, email and databases are unlimited for normal business-site use. Each account stays within the resource limits in its specs table (CPU, RAM, IO, processes). If a site keeps exceeding them, we'll contact you to suggest an upgrade before taking action.
Not allowed
- Anything illegal in Saudi Arabia or the server's country.
- Pirated or infringing content, including unlicensed TV streaming (IPTV).
- Spam or unauthorised mailing lists.
- Malware, phishing and fraud.
- Crypto mining, or using hosting as backup/file storage instead of a website.
- Attacks, network scanning or accessing others' accounts.
An hourly sending limit per domain protects server reputation — ask support for the current value. Use a dedicated email-marketing platform for campaigns.
VPS servers
You are responsible for securing, updating and everything running on your server. Open mail relays, public proxies, network or port scanning, crypto mining and bulk mailing are not allowed. We may suspend a server immediately when it sends attacks or receives an abuse report, explaining the reason. We may verify your identity before delivering a first server.
Enforcement
Breaches may lead to suspension of the account or content, with the reason explained. Serious breaches may end the service without a refund.
