Our agreement with you, in plain language.

By using PlaneHost you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
Your account
Keep your details accurate and your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account. We recommend two-factor authentication.
Payment & currency
- Prices on the website are shown in your local currency for convenience at the daily exchange rate; you are billed in US dollars in the client area.
- Services are prepaid and start once payment is confirmed.
- Any applicable taxes appear on the invoice before payment.
Renewal & price lock
- Services renew automatically; invoices are issued 7 days before the due date.
- Your renewal price equals your first signup price while the service stays active and renewed on time; upgrades lock the new plan's price.
- Unpaid services are suspended and may later be deleted after a notified grace period.
Hosting & resources
Each plan has the resource limits shown in its specs table. "Unlimited" is subject to fair use. Our servers are in European data centres.
Backups
We keep periodic on- and off-site backups as a courtesy; you remain responsible for keeping your own copy of important data.
Domains
Registrations follow registry policies. Saudi .sa domains require documents. The free domain with yearly hosting covers the first year only.
Design services
Design packages are paid once and include the domain and hosting for the first year. After that only hosting and the domain renew, at the renewal price shown on the order invoice, under the same price lock. The quote defines scope, timeline and milestones. Ownership transfers to you once paid in full.
Availability & liability
We work hard to keep services stable and monitored. PlaneHost is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits; our total liability is limited to what you paid for the affected service in the last 12 months.
Suspension
We may suspend services that breach the law or fair-use rules or endanger our servers or customers, notifying you where possible.
