30-day money-back guarantee
If our web, WordPress or reseller hosting isn't right for you, cancel within 30 days of your first purchase and get a full refund by opening a ticket in the client area.
- Applies to a customer's first purchase only, not renewals.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Third-party bank or gateway fees are non-refundable.
Not refundable
- Domains once registered, renewed or transferred. If a free domain came with yearly hosting, its price is deducted from the refund and you keep the domain.
- Design services: fully refundable before work starts; afterwards completed milestones are charged.
- Activated licences and add-ons (e.g. dedicated IP).
- Accounts closed for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
Cancelling after 30 days
Cancel any time from the client area; the service stops at the end of the paid period without a pro-rata refund.
Price lock
Your renewal price stays equal to your first signup price while the service is active and renewed on time. See Price Lock.

Open a Billing ticket in the client area with your invoice number, or email support@planehost.com.
